The 11th arrondissement, between the bubbling Bastille and the peaceful Pere Lachaise, is a rather quiet area of Paris.
It is however well connected to other parts of Paris, Bastille and Le Marais are just a few minutes away :
- nearest metro stations are Charonne (line 9) and Philippe Auguste (line 2)
- nearest bus stops involve bus lines 76, 56, 61, 69 and 46

A very spacious loft, with two bedrooms in closed mezzanines, an office/television/library space which can also be used as a third bedroom if necessary, a spacious shower and laundry room.

We shall quote a tailored all-in rate matching your exact length of stay,
here are the all-in rates for typical rental periods :
- 1 week (7 nights) : 1,320 € (average 188.50 € per night)
- 2 weeks (14 nights) : 2,170 € (average 155.00 € per night)
- 3 weeks (21 nights) : 2,880 € (average 137.12 € per night)
- 4 weeks (28 nights) : 3,590 € (average 121.99 € per night)

- Refundable key and safety deposit, as usual in France : 2,000 euros or 2,700 USD

Booking process

We shall need your full names and address to prepare a short term rental agreement, and your fax number in order to fax it to you.
Then you will have 5 days to send a non refundable firm reservation down-payment of 500 euros by Western Union (cost of Western Union being your expense).
